Return Policy
We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. However, please note that returns are only accepted if the item has been damaged during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@zinga-prints.com within 7 days of receipt, providing photos of the damage to initiate the return process.
Some pieces are shipped unattached (e.g. charizard's wings). These can be attached without the use of specialized tools or glue. Zinga Prints is not responsible for damage caused while attaching these pieces. We can ship replacement parts to avoid purchasing an entirely new replacement model, but the cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
